A regional roundtable discussion, moderated by Jason Hafron, MD, Michigan Institute of Urology, focused on the diagnostic and treatment landscape of metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). Dr. Hafron was joined by other Michigan Institute of Urology providers, including Kenneth M. Kernen, MD; J. Rene Frontera, MD; and Joshua Palka, DO.

In the second segment of the roundtable, the panel discusses how PSMA PET imaging is changing disease classification and decision-making, the limitations and pitfalls of advanced imaging, and the importance of moving away from androgen deprivation therapy monotherapy in favor of treatment intensification.
